Inner Guide – get in contact with your inner knowledge and wisdom.
Your inner teacher, guide, or advisor is just another side of yourself. It is made up of memories, experiences, resources and possibilities. This inner guide may not always be what you expect. But don’t be surprised. You have probably already experienced an inner voice that has told you to do something, like change your job, start exercising, leave your partner, take better care of yourself, go back to school, eat better – something that the rest of you may not agree with at all.
Sometimes insights about changes you need to make can be surprising. But trust the fact that you have, or can create, all the resources you need to make these changes happen. Give yourself time to relax and become conscious of your inner messages. Strike a balance between the moments you have time to listen inwards in silence and the moments in which you are busy and active.
Besides two exercises, you will learn more about intuition and relaxation and get some training tips to get the most out of the exercises.
• Muscular relaxation
• Your inner guide
Inner Guide is recorded by Laurel Wakeman, who usually gets feedback on having a warm, lovely and relaxing voice.
